Recently, Tyhen low headroom KR125ES stationed in Shanghai to participate in the construction of the bridge overhaul project of the Shanghai Public Works Overhaul Section and the No. 9 Line.
The project is adjacent to the operating high-speed railway line, and the height of construction equipment is required to be no more than 9 meters because of high-voltage wires and ladders under the pier. The closest place is only ten centimeters away from the ladder, so the requirements for the height of the machine construction are very strict. The on-site construction pile diameter is 800mm, and the hole depth is about 15m. The stratum is mainly composed of backfill layer, silt layer, and moderately weathered red sandstone. The strength of red yarn rock reaches 35MPa, which requires equipment with strong power and rock penetration capabilities. There is a risk of hole collapse during construction. Once the hole collapses, it will cause ground subsidence and affect the high-speed railway in operation, making construction extremely difficult.
